I actually revisited this one recently and found myself struggling the first few tries to get enough compression for the hold, so definitely one to keep in your “rotation” and I know you’ll get it! I’m glad this challenge inspired and challenged you and gave you some things to keep working on 🥳💪🏼 love uuuuuu

As for the compression work, if using the blocks feels unachievable right now, it’s definitely okay to work the sequence without the blocks for now ☺️ I’m glad this challenge inspired and challenged you and gave you some things to keep working on 🥳💪🏼 love uuuuuu

Thanks for the comment Rozi! I think both are great variations to try as some people might feel better with each one for different reasons :) As far as choosing one over the other, for me personally, it depends on what I'm doing before and/ or after and which variation (inside or outside) feels more comfortable/ "fluid" with the combo. Does that make sense? Rozi 🌹
