jamimah next step will be to incorporate the block under the right knee. First start with the block on the small setting, work slowly up to the medium setting, and eventually to the tall setting! It's tough, but it'll continue to set you up well for BOP!

Yes!!! Omg the improvement! 😍😍 now try next time with the pole a little higher on your inner thigh to bring your body closer to the pole (which better translates to BOP on the pole). very good tho!! Super excited about this!!
