Hiii! Welcome to the app! Great work with this one- thatโs a solid start and now we can just make it better! Once we feel stable in this which it looks like you do, we can start to really dial in the flexibility aspects. So next time you try- I want you to look at the ground, try pulling your chest forward towards the pole using the hand on the pole and then trying to kick the wall with the leg in the air.
