Hiii! Welcome to the app! Great work with this one- thatโ€™s a solid start and now we can just make it better! Once we feel stable in this which it looks like you do, we can start to really dial in the flexibility aspects. So next time you try- I want you to look at the ground, try pulling your chest forward towards the pole using the hand on the pole and then trying to kick the wall with the leg in the air.

Yassss that one is tough!! Looks like you got it nice and secure now! And itโ€™s beautiful! YAY progress!! ๐Ÿ˜

Hiii! Love your wave in the beginning ๐Ÿฅฐ Would you mind posting a screenshot of what your butterfly looks like when you enter it from an outside leg hang? It looks like your hands could be a little wider apart in this one and Iโ€™m curious how wide they are when you do it from your normal entry :))

Yayyy so excited!! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

I think the top leg could be higher so your bracket is a bit wider! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Susan Papp Mlodzienski love that you commented this! Yes! I donโ€™t like to say โ€œalwaysโ€, but weโ€™ll say 99% of time time, if the arm is overhead in an inverted position, we should be pushing through the shoulder (so the shoulder is pushing up to the ear). This is opposite if the arm is overhead in an upright position, where we want to gently be pulling the shoulder down away from the ear
