Coach Tiana did the first day of the new program yesterday! Loved it!! First time using this “machine”. I felt a lot in hammies and glutes. Let me know if you see any technique changes that I could do next time. Thanks!!

Coach Tiana thoughts on torso position in leg curls? I liked sitting straight up this morning because I felt like I achieved a nice lengthened position in the extended portion. Just curious if you’d experimented with this? 🫶🏼
