Vanessa I filmed this one for you too: https://youtu.be/HPzccXdWM30Couple notes... I was not warm lol so the block under the heel is optional. Try it both ways and see if you like one way better than the other. The goal is to keep the toe (and then the heel) connected to the pole the entire time (hiiii glutes!!)

Hi students!! I've added an additional twisting drill to the library. I've attached it to this post. I specifically filmed it for subscriber, John Flynn, based on a question he asked me, however I encourage you to try it if you have shoulder flexibility & twisting goals! It's a recent personal and student favorite 😀

A great drill for training the active flexibility in the back leg of inverted pole splits (jade, dragontail, pegasus, etc)! It's a progression the active flexibility drill in the Jade Tutorial where your butt is on a stack of blocks! I specifically filmed this for subscriber, Vanessa, based on a question she asked me, but I hope many of you can take advantage of it. If you don't have a bench, a folded pole mat, or even a bed works great! https://youtu.be/OYqCGqI8LEA
