Hi coach!! Stephanie Tallant are we going to be doing another two weeks systemic training with this gym program? I tried finding it in the doc but I donโ€™t see it. Thank you!

Ok a little better progress in the stag legs. Sadly my left shoulder/delt have flared up and I couldnโ€™t try as much as I would have liked Stephanie Tallant

Thank you!!! Iโ€™m hoping to pole again on Saturday so Iโ€™ll put this on an attempt again. I was also thinking about my attempts and was definitely brining that front knee waaayyy too low

for the cross ankle- that is 100% my preferred lay back option as opposed to the straight leg. I feel so much more comfortable in it- but I can see it being more difficult to transition into brass. My upper back is sore today but in a good way!

Same!!! It took awhile to get my back warmed up ๐Ÿ˜‚

Elena Martelli this is for you ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚also Stephanie Tallant Halp. I had to be careful because my low back wasnโ€™t pleased. What I decided to do it just practice getting into the lay back and trying to really engage my upper back.
