As a teacher at pole studio, where is one class only 60 minutes includes warm up, little flexibility or mobility stretches and cold down I have only 5 min to blood flowing with jump and 10 min to mobility/flexibility for front/middle/back and shoulder. At home its same for blond flowing and little more for flexi, dependes on the move.
BUT I know, this is no ideal, this is reason, why I prefer at home full video classes like cocoon from Steph.
And this is proposal for Stephanie Tallant . Have you thought about sharing an entire pole dance class for us? From start to finish? Like in the offline world in the studio field, but online? Thank you 🥰
