Hi girls, I'll add my perspective. I don't have a background as a dancer, I've never done flexibility training, but thanks to Steph I'm making progress. One-hour workouts are best for my body. I tried for 25 to 30 minutes, but after that time it was as if the body just warmed up. After I do a hour, the results are completely different. That's why I prefer either 2 x 25 min right after each other, or I'll play a straight 60 min video.

I would also like to point out that I am currently focusing more on flexibility, because I also work out 4 times a week in the gym and my muscles are getting shorter, which I don't want. I now have a challenge to do flexi at least 6 times a week :)

Fingers crossed that dreams come true :)

This is my flexi and gym challenge: https://www.instagram.com/p/C9NtbbgtxVQ/?hl=cs

I think, I understand, but if you share video, it will better 🙈🥰 thank you very much😊

Stephanie Tallant for me is better prerecorded :) I could play it anytime. With the possibility of possible questions, if something didn't work out for me ☺️🙈. I can't think of a specific move at the moment. Thematically, I can only think that it would be interesting and attractive, for example, "combo for a performance", etc. I hope I helped. Other women will surely add an idea too 🥰

I agree with Vanessa, great answer 🥰. As a teacher at pole studio, where is one class only 60 minutes includes warm up, little flexibility or mobility stretches and cold down I have only 5 min to blood flowing with jump and 10 min to mobility/flexibility for front/middle/back and shoulder. At home its same for blond flowing and little more for flexi, dependes on the move.

BUT I know, this is no ideal, this is reason, why I prefer at home full video classes like cocoon from Steph.

And this is proposal for Stephanie Tallant . Have you thought about sharing an entire pole dance class for us? From start to finish? Like in the offline world in the studio field, but online? Thank you 🥰

Steph, where is active front split flexibility, please? Thank you :)

For me, this is the most effective stretch for the front split. It's magic :)

Stephanie Tallant OK, I will work on it like this :) thank you 🥰
