Yess!!! I can relate ❤️ I’m on my BoP journey, 1,5 years and still counting. I found that I sometimes need to not practice the move on the pole, but keep being consistent with my flexy training AND finding tricks that are similar instead so I have the feeling of success. That is so important to me.
