Espi literally was me getting to the same part when I tried it at Pole Con . I'm gonna need a mega tutorial πŸ˜‚ My problem is once I straightened the top leg entertaining the idea of taking the foot of the pole my bottom foot started to slide and I was like "nope nope nope"

Stephanie Tallant My problem is creating an inner thigh contact point from most Superman entrances since I have to cross my legs almost at the knees to close my thigh gap and create enough thigh meat and then also the pain πŸ₯ΊπŸ₯ΊπŸ₯Ί

Coach Tiana is BRUTAL with the weight in these comments 😭😭😭 I'd get slaughtered for my little 5lb weights I used the one time I tried these (it might have been 10lb but doubt it) πŸ™ƒπŸ˜¬

Stephanie Tallant I didn't listen to the weekly assignment, got distracted by the dove part in your video, and decided to revisit it after my previous disaster attempt (ego recovering). Superman is still not happening but thought of the figurehead thing you taught a few weeks ago and wondering if this is close to a dove πŸ•ŠοΈ and comment on the entry? πŸ˜¬πŸ™ƒ

Hi welcome to pole πŸ₯° It's hard for me to see from this angle, but your hands seem a little high which would make it way harder to pull from that position. I usually try to keep my hands around chin height for best leverage, so if they're at your eyes or over your head it might help just lowering them a bit. Stephanie Tallant is the Pole Queen though and I defer to her πŸ™ŒπŸ½

I'm obsessed with BB Steph videos 😍😍😍your pole transformation is wild and so inspirational. Take all my money, I wanna be you when I grow up πŸ₯°πŸ˜‚πŸ˜

Meep holding that position is hard. Is there any drills or conditioning for that position aerially because that extra pull up felt like a lot on my arms and I'm still feeling 😬

Weekly challenge inverts: the first clip might have been going for the world record for most knee hook adjustments after a single aerial invert on spin (counted 7 🫣).
Stephanie Tallant, my second clip looks better than whatever the fork is going on in the first clip, and I feel like I understand the techniques from the floor but aerially it still feels off. Also your "messy" invert at the beginning of your messy invert tutorial is comically clean and better than my second clip, so I presented the first clip for reference of what a messy invert looks like if you want to try and duplicate that technique I have going on there πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

NO EMOTIONAL SUPPORT PILLOWS 😩🫠Stephanie Tallant told me that "should I use a crash mat?" Are famous last words in pole πŸ˜πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. At least you were doing something that looked like poisson, mine was just all kinds of wrong and I had to choose to fall bc I was tangled in a pole position that doesn't exist for a reason πŸ˜‚ would post it on here but want to keep Steph's app PG with my cursing 😬
