They actually look great!!! Pushing the arm away from the body really gets that side delt. What did you experience?

It’s not bad necessarily- you’re just targeting the part of the glute that does external rotation. I would focus on driving foot directly away from where cable originates… if you get some external rotation with that- all good šŸ‘šŸ¼

Kas glute bridge is top 1/3 of the range of motion… So you’re saying in the active range of your glutes… So I would make the range of motion a bit smaller

Walking lunges- complete 6 steps per leg šŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ‘šŸ¼

Heyyy thanks for posting all these! For future please include on exercise/ video. It’s much easier to organize my thoughts that way :))

Delt work- think about driving elbows away from body vs up

Hamstring curls- maybe try eccentric variation- where you start with heels close to you and control straightening of the legs- starting in this position should help you keep hips more elevated which I think should helpĀ

Good work ✨

Your lat primarily brings your arm toward your body (or your body toward your arm- like in front lever type work)… I think in a lot of movements the abdominal muscles work synergistically (big word for together) with lats… any other movements specifically? Any videos of your hollow holds?

Lenka SAMUELYĀ I’m unable to access your video. Can you please upload here? ThanksĀ
