I also love the gym programme! It has really upped my game in terms of my strength on the pole, far more so than pole conditioning alone. This in turn has increased my confidence in doing things that I would have previously been nervous to try (but not in a cocky way, I still know my limits!)

Hey Coach Tiana just looking at day 2 of the gym programme. There is no YouTube video next to the last exercise, "single arm db row". Please can you explain how to do this exercise? Thanks ❀️

My version of the bendy stargazer. Felt like I was miles away from grabbing that bottom foot! I think I was a little scared to move my bottom leg away from the pole.

Hi Steph, yes that works thanks! I don't understand why it does not work from the original link though. Hopefully it starts working when you guys update it with the new exercises next month 🀞

Hey, I subscribed a few weeks ago, but whenever I click on the gym or pole conditioning programme it says "not found". For now it's OK as I have them from the emails sent to me when I did the trial. Do you have any idea what I can do to get the access please? I have downloaded the Google sheets app but it's made no difference.
