Hi!!! Glad to hear you are doing better ๐๐พ๐๐พ my schedule currently is chaotic I try to do what I can when I canโฆ adulting lol. But I try to pole 2x/week and then lift at the gym 2x a week and dance( hip hop/heels) atleast once a week. I work on my flexibility on my pole days and on my lift daysโฆ I do core almost everytime I train ( on any day).

I make sure to have 2 days off. I use those days to spend more time journaling or with my husband or sleeping honestly ๐คฃand if I feel like moving on those days I either dance just for fun ( not Training focused) or I go for a long walk. Hope this helps ๐
