Stephanie Tallant My pleasure 😊 It's such a nice strength move. It's a good exit from a Russian Split!

Stephanie Tallant This is what I know as a Hummingbird. It's been a while since I've been on the pole 😅 I like to go as low as I can but I have seen variations of this 'Cupid Variation'. One of the first variations I learned was this but with chest facing up which is quite pretty but difficult. What do you call it?

It is much like a cupid but your back is facing toward the pole 😁 I'll post a pic.

Love these videos! I tried 1-3 last night 😍 I had a little trouble getting low enough on my tight side for the roller exercise under the knee but really liked it.

Yay I am hoping I can do some of these for a photoshoot coming up. Looking forward to your videos!!

Wow your schedule is inspiring. I struggle splitting myself between being a mum to 3, class prep and teaching a couple of hours a week, working part time, being self employed and lyra comp training. Soon to be pole comp training and finding it tricky to consistently utilise this amazing app.

I've since realised how much can be done in a short time so my plan is to get all my stretching and conditioning done early in the mornings instead of scrolling social media 😅 If i put on a roast that's time enough for training/app exploration.

Got to use every opportunity to get something in but a schedule is what I find difficult.

My Cresent attempt via plank. I remember trying the plank alone year's ago and found it scary af and never did it again lol. I forgot it existed. I love this entry over the layback to Cresent 😃

I Just got onto this Layback challenge. I used to love it but it's been a while since using it and now it feels scary sometimes. I've always wanted a beautiful backbend in my dove and cresent. I am loving the conditioning exercises 🫶 it's perfect timing for me as I'm moving into cresent shapes on the Lyra. I have a pic from earlier this week and one from today. I couldn't extended my arms until after your conditioning tutorial. So I'm looking at this as my 'before' and hope to have a beautiful bend like yours Stephanie 🤞
