Okay last question I promise ๐Ÿคฃ when I watched your video again it looked like you were lifting your hip up or opening it as your straighten the back leg?

Thanks for asking yes it is ๐Ÿฅฐ yes after falling I tried it on static ๐Ÿ˜… it felt a little bit better but that bottom arm then felt like there was soooo much pressure on it.
