Stephanie Tallant I think I know what it is that leg when it gets off the pole I seem to take it off backwards instead of sideways… and I think I am turning my head but not my chest. I should be turning my chest too right? (I did try another entry I will share that one too)

Hey question: I heard that when doing certain moves like( jallegra, BOP ) etc how much your back leg drops depends on your hip flexors … thoughts? Stephanie Tallant Vanessa

Stephanie Tallant soo I tried something today.. I wasn’t trying to do the full BOP ( I am still very much doing baby steps) butttttt I did try getting my elbow first and I think maybe it might work? Of course as soon as I switched legs I had a brain fart because thinking upside down is rocket science at this point 😹 but yeah any feedback would be much appreciated 🫶🏾

Stephanie Tallant hi friend 😅😅 sooo what am I doing wrong? I did feel that bottom leg on my side hip so yay! But that top leg doesn’t want to come off.. I know I need to turn my chest but I was waiting to see if I got to my hip and once I did I was kinda stuck couldn’t turn.

Stephanie Tallant so I did my assignment.. I feel a stretch in booty( am i supposed to feel that?)lol also I feel like I could get my elbow to the pole if I really pulled but I am not trying to hurt myself so I stopped where it was comfortable…
