Hola Stephanie Tallant qq so I did my choker split today whoop whoop! But my shoulder barely made it out alive, (it’s fine though 😅).. lol can you tell me what I am doing wrong please. Thank you 💕

Stephanie Tallant is this right because I was struggling for my life 😅😂. Also I felt the stretch more in my hammy right under my butt.. is that right is that where I should feel it?

Hola 👋🏾 Stephanie Tallant so this morning I did your stretching video on here ( but you didn’t use any straps is there another one with straps I missed?) okay so when you say put your knee on your shoulder.. that’s where I struggle.. additional help please 🙏🏾🫶🏾

Stephanie Tallant so I am making progress on my plus sign yay but my bottom leg keeps sliding off.. can you please tell me what I am doing wrong also with that bottom foot am I pushing in down the pole or into the pole?

1)should I rotate my chest some more to the left? If yes how do I do that?
2) should my right leg be more open to the side?
3)should my leg be behind or beside my shoulder?
4)what else do I need to know LOL am gonna try it again tomorrow

Stephanie Tallant I think I did it😅 okay I know you said try it on static BUTTTTT It wasn’t hitting. Lol so I just had to turn my spin back on! It’s not a split yet but I think I did it?💃🏾💃🏾 I also entered from an inside leg hang..
Vanessa THANK YOU for the tip on the bottom arm I feel soo much more secure and less pain( it stills hurt like a butt but it’s manageable when I remember to breathe 😅).

Stephanie Tallant so 🤣 2 weeks ago I could do the reiko split and go some reason this time around I couldn’t stay on the pole.. what am I doing wrong here?

Stephanie Tallant lol idk 🤷🏾‍♀️ I didn’t fall back yay but it doesn’t feel “good”… is the bottom arm better? Also why does my top leg feel soooooo close to the pole even after I take it off? Okay and last question when I go to make that back leg straight do I go to the back or the side? Also last thing 😅 there’s no much space to arch my upper back..
