I am fine with shoulder mount with a little momentum. I struggle with that last butt tuck. I have a fairly significant lumbar lordosis & my weight is in my lower half. Please help with some cues or drills to help me with that last little bit. I am working toward my aerial SM Stephanie Tallant

Stephanie Tallant you can see me struggle to get my outside hand in index finger down grip. My shoulder feels tight, especially at the top. What mobility series / video do you recommend?

Back to Jade, how do you get the inside leg off from the flatline position? I am in my waist But I feel like my inside foot is simply glued to the pole. Stephanie Tallant

Stephanie Tallant quite the drop when I release my foot. Not sure I can any iguana arms with that drop. I am not sure why I drop so much

I fell like I am loosing my bottom arm placement under my shoulder as I position the first leg , so I feel less sturdy loosening the top leg. Stephanie Tallant thoughts ?
