Stephanie Tallant quite the drop when I release my foot. Not sure I can any iguana arms with that drop. I am not sure why I drop so much

I fell like I am loosing my bottom arm placement under my shoulder as I position the first leg , so I feel less sturdy loosening the top leg. Stephanie Tallant thoughts ?

Stephanie Tallant how’s the push / pull look for the cup grip working toward pixie walk ? Much of my muscle ( weight ) is in my legs & a$$ I find this & shoulder mount so challenging 😥

Stephanie Tallant that Last transition into brass monkey. I think the hips have to go back to make the leg swhitch, I just don’t know how to make that happen.
