Nursing a small hip injury, but here is the cradle to inside leg. First time that I did need the outside leg to push on the pole first. I think the hand switch helped. Stephanie Tallant

It looks like to me once you thread through from the outside leg hang your hands are too far apart. I usually press up or sink down from a layback for iguana.
