I am fine with shoulder mount with a little momentum. I struggle with that last butt tuck. I have a fairly significant lumbar lordosis & my weight is in my lower half. Please help with some cues or drills to help me with that last little bit. I am working toward my aerial SM Stephanie Tallant

If you look close you can still see a little light between my upper lumbar spine & the pole. That is as flat as my back gets. I worked to not flare my ribs out

Stephanie Tallant you can see me struggle to get my outside hand in index finger down grip. My shoulder feels tight, especially at the top. What mobility series / video do you recommend?

Didn’t really help me. I feel like my stargazer knee is very much in my knee pit & my cross knee layback is the front of the knee. It’s the change from knee location that makes me drop

Back to Jade, how do you get the inside leg off from the flatline position? I am in my waist But I feel like my inside foot is simply glued to the pole. Stephanie Tallant
