I had trouble getting a good opening of the reverse Jasmine. I also kept forgetting to reverse my stargazer

Spinning invert. I was definitely guilty of bending both legs. Bending only the o side leg is a game changer. I know I still have a mirror bend. Any on the comments?

Poisson! I don’t have full split, but how do I get the leg down more. I need a better exit as well
