I love Between the Poles! Can't wait to listen!

Thank you! Now to put all my SM stuff at the beginning of my sessions instead of the end when I’m tired 😂

I usually always panic or have fear during new things! Something I try is that u focus on breathing deeply and moving slowly. The more I can be calm as I move through, the better I can manage that fear.

Shouldermount check in!

Happy with this because I lost my shouldermount last August when I aggravated my bicep. I had gotten my shouldermount back after my ankle break in 2023, and then I had to lay off of it for a few months. But thanks to the INT/ADV band workout once a week, I’m back to getting on the pole after shoulder mounting and usually what comes after it is the leg hooks (my preferred way of going on the pole after sm) ❤️❤️❤️

😍😍Love this! I liked both, but I didn't do the dragontail version (I always ended up too low on the pole, so avoided the butterfly too). BUT the highlight for me was doing the whole thing on spin because I'm a dedicated static girlie. ;)

Stephanie TallantYES it was great! Perfect as a warm up or as a stand-alone "I need to move but don't have a ton of time" wiggle time.

Love this!

Super excited for both of these! I've been using the Int/Advanced SM Band conditioning in my weekly conditioning plan, and it's really helping me! I got my shoulder mount back fairly quickly after I took time off in 2023 for my broken ankle, but then last summer, I tweaked my tricep and had to lay off of them for a few months, so now I'm working on making them a regular part of my rotation.

I love this! During the daytime? Even better! (Because you know I have family trooping through, so anything after 4 pm EST is a no-go!) YAY!
