I'm so excited for you all to dive into the App's newest tutorial, a 35 minute follow along dance flow warmup with our dear Coach Hannah. This is an absolute favorite of mine & I hope you all enjoy it too.

Also, it's been 6 months since our last shoulder mount check-in, so the time has come :) Many of you have communicated to me that it's helpful to have an "invert" check in & a shoulder mount "check in" to help you strengthen and/or achieve these moves. There is a lot of shoulder mount content on the App, so I've included several videos depending on what you feel like tackling this week:

  • Shoulder Mount Tutorial

  • Beginner Intermediate Shoulder Mount Band Conditioning

  • Intermediate Advanced Shoulder Mount Band Conditioning

  • Shoulder Mount flip (from seated)

  • Shoulder Mount shapes (silent)

Hi all! I want to do both the gym program and flexibility twice a week, and was wondering if it works for anyone to do both trainings on one day. And if you do so, do you do flexibility first or the weights first? And is it okay or too intense to do both? My plan is to kind of to both of them in one go in the evening after work, would like to hear some thoughts and/or experiences on this!

Shouldermount check in!

Happy with this because I lost my shouldermount last August when I aggravated my bicep. I had gotten my shouldermount back after my ankle break in 2023, and then I had to lay off of it for a few months. But thanks to the INT/ADV band workout once a week, I’m back to getting on the pole after shoulder mounting and usually what comes after it is the leg hooks (my preferred way of going on the pole after sm) ❤️❤️❤️

Hey hey hey!! Qq for community..I did my first floor k today however when I got to fully extending my leg on the pole I started panicking and came down. My foot on the pole was slippery ( or it could have also been in my head lol) anyways I am not sure why this is so scary for me but it is.. does anyone have tips on how they dealt with the fear.. thanks 😊 🫶🏾 Stephanie Tallant
