This is TOTALLY random but does anyone else chuckle when Stephanie Tallant says put the block on medium setting ( in her stretch videos)?! lol I remember the first day doing one of her stretches I was like does her block come with settings? π€£ I might just invent a Steph yoga block with settings lol.


I got some extra support from my personal stretch coach who is overseeing whether I do my flexibility training π
