Okay and last question when I go to make that back leg straight do I go to the back or the side? Also last thing 😅 there’s no much space to arch my upper back..
A great drill for training the active flexibility in the back leg of inverted pole splits (jade, dragontail, pegasus, etc)! It's a progression the active flexibility drill in the Jade Tutorial where your butt is on a stack of blocks! I specifically filmed this for subscriber, Vanessa, based on a question she asked me, but I hope many of you can take advantage of it. Stephanie Tallant I got to work on this combo before my workshop and could get into the butterfly with the extra height of the pole! I need to have my inside arm higher in the mermaid to be able to pull myself further away, but I see progress!
