Hello all! I had to take about 7 months break from pole due to a totally unrelated shoulder injury that ended up requiring surgery. I am healed up and finally cleared for activity again! I am basically starting from scratch. I'd love to follow the program calendar, but also would love to know how you all fit in everything into your week? Looking forward to getting back at it!

Stephanie Tallant as I try to get my knee higher , I find my pole hand has to slide down so my floor hand can reach the floor. Is it a side flexibility issue or a hand placement issue or something else?
