Hey sweetheart! I hate to bother you with this but I’ve been working on this move on and off called “allegasus”. And my instructor decided to bring it to class the other day and I still struggled with it in the same area and different entry. I’m struggling to get a good hand grab on the pole but also struggle getting around my leg and was wondering if you had any tips for that?
I can do Allegra and Pegasus. I can also do binds. ( I’ve been drilling those like crazy since I’ve been doing the recordings for bird of paradise)

Because there are so many combos from Flatline Scorpio, I've decided to do this challenge for 2 weeks.
Week 1 will include the following videos:

Video demo of SIX combos with the Flatline Scorpio
Week 2 will include the following videos:
The same flatline tutorial
Video demo of FIVE additional combos with the Flatline Scorpio
Challenge Requirements:

- Watch all tutorials & combo demonstrations
- Share a picture or a video of the move (or one of the combos) in the Community Feed at www.polewithsteph.com OR via your app (You must share a separate picture or video for week 1 and week 2). It can be as simple as trying the move on the other side

Hi everyone! I tried Backward Spinning Invert for the first time yesterday! I liked to include it in the challenge, but unfortunately my wall is too close. 😅😅 I watched Backward Spinning Invert tutorial, but Stephanie Tallant do you have any other advice about that and Flatline Scorpio too? Thank you! 🥰
Stephanie Tallant I am working on Poisson.. maybe it needs a lot of strength that I don't have?.. At the beginning I did it very similar to Butterfly 🤣😅
