Stephanie Tallant hey! I tackled Poisson again yesterday- Iโm happier with this one!!
Had a lot of fun working on the intermediate spinning invert combo and extended butterfly for this weekโs challenge. Iโve come to realize that my tight shoulders are my biggest limiting factor in my pole training so I also am going to prioritize back and shoulder flexibility for awhile. The bridges on the blocks were an incredible shoulder opener I canโt wait to try again!

Huge shoutout to long time subscriber,ย Josephine Edith Graabรฆkย (she's been a subscriber to my program since August 2022 ๐)!! An amazing testament to hard work, dedication, consistency, and focusing on the overall long term journey!! I'm so proud of you Josephine and grateful to have had you, your influence, and your inspiration in this program for so long! Keep up the beautiful work!

Josephine Edith Graabรฆk Shoutout to our member, Josephine!!! Beautiful progress with this Floor K! ๐๐๐
Hello all! I had to take about 7 months break from pole due to a totally unrelated shoulder injury that ended up requiring surgery. I am healed up and finally cleared for activity again! I am basically starting from scratch. I'd love to follow the program calendar, but also would love to know how you all fit in everything into your week? Looking forward to getting back at it!
As I left my bottom foot slide down I can get the leg straighter Stephanie Tallant

Hereโs my progress on Poisson Stephanie Tallant & that is me feeling like my back is arched
I THINK I FINALLY FIGURED OUT THE POISSON ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ the butterfly leg seems to PLOP on the pole a little awkwardly but it's the closest I've been ๐ฅบ
Vanessa Stephanie Tallant I talk to myself a lot ๐๐๐ ignore that.. butttt I think I see a little tinnie Winnie progress.. twisting my chest up a little bit seemed to helpโฆ. I think lol
