I want to test my theory this morning at the studio but I actually think it helps if you grab closer to the inner thigh (bs the knee.. for now!) as that’ll help you bring your hips closer to the pole and will in turn make that “hip rotation” that I talked about in my other comment a little easier

Yes that back leg has to rotate from a straddle position (which you can see really well in that front screenshot you posted)… to a “back leg in a front split” position

Love to see you doing this one Espi!! It’s a favorite of mine! We want to make sure the tailbone is tucked as much as possible meaning the glutes should me literally on fire lol it looks like you could have a little more tuck? Other thing to note is do you remember trying to pull up low abs up away from the floor? It looks good!! But I just want to make sure it’s as fine tuned as possible :)) especially to support your back!
