Hi Cleimp! Thanks for reposting this! Since you were on vacation, you might have missed this announcement. We have a new coach in the App (Coach Hannah)! Janeiro happens to be her favorite move. She’s left some excellent tips for you in the comments. Everything I was going to recommend. Will you read over her comment and let us know if you have any follow up questions!

The push of the bottom hand like she said is really important. Because that’ll help you achieve the lower back connection with the pole. The butt and entire back chain (low, mid, and upper back) need to be engaged (like she said, toes to head)
