Josephine Edith Graabæk this post came to mind as we were talking about your backbends today!

Now that I’ve wiped my eyes from laughing so much… have you tried lowering down like half way and then lifting back up vs lowering alllll the way down and then trying to lift back up? Does this make sense?

Vanessa 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hahahaha okay so first, the fellow someone with a Janeiro favorite is Hannah!! She's my fellow instructor here in Key West! I'm hoping you can come to a jam session with me and her while you're here. You two can do Janeiros and I can clap on the side line 🤣🤣🤣And the leg question, I need to do a little searching for a video to help with my description lol I'll post it here as soon as I locate it :)

YES Ailessia this is getting better! Keep at it! Like you said, consistency 🥰 Proud of you and thanks for posting this update here, it made me smile!

Susan Papp Mlodzienski this is the post. read through it and let me know if this makes sense. it looks like your knee is in front the "the line" that I've drawn in the screenshot below

Hiii babe! I'm going to tag you in a recent post where I explain making sure not to cross the "elbow line" because it looks like the same thing is happening here.

It looks like your bracket is too small, which is forcing that top arm into too much of a bend. This makes it tough to really PULL in that top arm when you kick (bc it’s already bent). I recommend moving that top hand up, so the arm is a little straighter and that way you can pull and bend it during the kick. Timestamp 24:22 of the below tutorial to see what I mean ☺️
