Hi babes! I'm helping one of our subscribers, Paris, with a plan on what videos to follow. I wanted to share the conversation here with all of you, so you can see the thought process behind figuring out a good place to start :)) So a few questions to think about:

  • How many days & how much time do I want to dedicate to:

    • Pole Training

    • Split Flexibility

    • Back Flexibility

    • Gym Training

Understand that this is just a starting point! Our priorities will shift over time and different seasons of life might call for a shift in priorities as well.

So, Paris, let me know your answer to that question above and we'll go from there!

Lexie Knox Hi Lexie, I wanted to tag you in this post, because I saw your email about the gym program. We are currently doing two weeks of systemic training and the purpose of that is included in this post. We will start a new 12 week cycle on December 9th, so that might be a great time for you to start with us! You won’t need to request access to a new spreadsheet. All the updates will be in the same spreadsheet. Lmk if that answered your questions!

jamimah next step will be to incorporate the block under the right knee. First start with the block on the small setting, work slowly up to the medium setting, and eventually to the tall setting! It's tough, but it'll continue to set you up well for BOP!
