I'm so grateful to have pole in my life full time now, but when I found pole in 2014, I was a CPA working at KPMP in the audit department!

jamimah You're welcome! Here for all of it.. when things are going well AND when things are going not so well, so I'm glad you shared your frustration here, so we could all come together and talk through it. Hmmm I am a podcast hopper lol I've listened the most to The Artist Athlete by Shannon McKenna, so it was probably that one!

Pole_Aris_ thanks for posting this here! Okay so it looks like you did the transition in this video. What is happening the other 9/10 times hehe? do you mind sharing a video of that? One thing that might help you feel more secure once you get into the superman position.. squeeze your butt and press your hips down to the ground. Some people also like to cross the ankles to get a more secure lock! Let me know if that was helpful and keep me posted on your next attempts. By the way, your jump to superman is amazing!!

And also because of your fall, your nervous system is probably just taking a little extra time to feel secure here.. because it's just trying to keep you safe 🥰 So as always, make sure you're breathing during all these transitions to tell your body.. it's okay!❤️
