Vanessa!! All of these look great, YAY! And considering some of the dismounts Iā€™ve seen from you (lol) that last one was graceful!! :)) Maybe for the last one if you could get your legs in a solid lock, you could just bring both of your hands down to a handstand. I actually love your shoulder mount dismount exit if you can make it intentional and safe. Would be great if you can try and replicate that one!!

That last one was the best attempt Iā€™ve ever seen you do on your own babe!! You were looking left, and you were pushing like crazy with the bottom arm!! I think a bit more glute engagement could help which would help keep hips in extension as much as possible which is where we need them to keep the balance. There is definitely progress in these though Karine!! Itā€™s getting there!

I know Vanessa said she found it much easier on spin! I know spin is not really your jam Karine, but something that worked for her

Hi students! I want to share this conversation that Lenka SAMUELYĀ & I had in a video comment thread because I think there are some helpful tips in here for you too. HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN FLEXIBILITY šŸ¤”? Read my thoughts in the screenshot and feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments! Thanks Lenka for the question!

So happy you love it!! You're welcome Lenka!!

Lenka SAMUELYĀ For months where you're maybe doing a little less pole and really trying to progress in your flexibility.. the first example you wrote would most likely give you better results!! :)

I love hearing your methods! Lol It might just be me, but some days when I feel like this, I really enjoy starting with the activation sequence for backbendsā€¦ I turn on some flow music, close my eyes and something about those drills feel very centering to me. Often times I will feel great afterwards and end up having a really good sessionšŸ„°
