This is very interesting question, because now, when I'm at the cottage and I don't have a pole here I would like to train more with pull up bar. Stephanie Tallant and Coach Tiana do you have some pull up bar only video here? Like pole dance training without pole or "off pole" training for climbing and invert :) Thank youuu 🥰

Hi girls, I'll add my perspective. I don't have a background as a dancer, I've never done flexibility training, but thanks to Steph I'm making progress. One-hour workouts are best for my body. I tried for 25 to 30 minutes, but after that time it was as if the body just warmed up. After I do a hour, the results are completely different. That's why I prefer either 2 x 25 min right after each other, or I'll play a straight 60 min video.

I would also like to point out that I am currently focusing more on flexibility, because I also work out 4 times a week in the gym and my muscles are getting shorter, which I don't want. I now have a challenge to do flexi at least 6 times a week :)

Fingers crossed that dreams come true :)

I think, I understand, but if you share video, it will better 🙈🥰 thank you very much😊

Stephanie Tallant During flexibility backbend class, I felt little pain om middle part of my shoulder (picture), like don't flexibility part. I tried to find some flexibility class for this shoulder, but I don't find. Have you some recomendation how to stretches this part or how don't feel pain? Thank youuu🥰

Stephanie Tallant for me is better prerecorded :) I could play it anytime. With the possibility of possible questions, if something didn't work out for me ☺️🙈. I can't think of a specific move at the moment. Thematically, I can only think that it would be interesting and attractive, for example, "combo for a performance", etc. I hope I helped. Other women will surely add an idea too 🥰

I agree with Vanessa, great answer 🥰. As a teacher at pole studio, where is one class only 60 minutes includes warm up, little flexibility or mobility stretches and cold down I have only 5 min to blood flowing with jump and 10 min to mobility/flexibility for front/middle/back and shoulder. At home its same for blond flowing and little more for flexi, dependes on the move.

BUT I know, this is no ideal, this is reason, why I prefer at home full video classes like cocoon from Steph.

And this is proposal for Stephanie Tallant . Have you thought about sharing an entire pole dance class for us? From start to finish? Like in the offline world in the studio field, but online? Thank you 🥰

Steph, where is active front split flexibility, please? Thank you :)

For me, this is the most effective stretch for the front split. It's magic :)
