Hello!
I have a rather solid shouldermount (from the ground, I do not have it in aerial) and I master my shoulderdismount. However, I would like to be able to integrate a nice shoulderdismount in my combos, and so hold a nice shoulder position, with a game of legs, before putting my feet on the ground. This is not the case currently: I make my shoulderdismount but I put my feet directly on the ground because my buttocks go down too fast.

In the photo, an example of a shoulder pose that I would like to hold while descending. I can do it from the ground, but not after a shoulderdismount.
Do you have any tips?

I tried from the floor like you said (with an elastic band to relieve the weight), but I have the same problem with my buttocks not going up. I donβt understand how to get this ass up. π
Can you explain me, please ππ» ?
