This one requires a lotttttt of active flexibility in hip flexors so you can have an oversplit, more than strength. I just had no upper body strength at all when I started pole and only had leg flexibility so it was the opposite problem of what most people have with spatchcock.

I think it's because you've got me to stop just dangling by my arms in my splitty moves so I can finally do it from this foot mount entrance πStill need help with the princess grip entrance though, we'll add it to my list π¬
