Stephanie Tallant do you feel this in your hip flexors when you are sitting in the straddle while doing the twist? Because my hip flexors are def on fire too..

Hey Melissa Angling Ohh let me tell you the pole doesn’t like tall people πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ you got this though! You are soooo close πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ yes like Vanessa said your hands may be too high and also I don’t know if this helps any but as a tallish girlie myself I have to lift my hips much higher almost like thrusting it in the air then.really tucking that pelvis towards the pole. So think of using your hands to throw the pole between your legs like Stephanie said.. then thrust your hips up entire core engaged. Hope this wasn’t confusing πŸ˜…πŸ˜… YOU GOT THIS!!
