Yes I also felt it in my knee! I have noticed that when I squeeze my quads only I forget to squeeze my knees but when I think squeeze my knees I get my quads too without thinking about it 😊

Stephanie Tallant oh okay so I wasn’t squeezing my right quad and hip flexor, when I do that wouldn’t that put a bend in that right leg knee? Yes! I was squeezing my left glute and trying to squeeze my left knee too.. 🤗
