Omggg you are super human!!! Howwww do you find the time? 70 hours?! Amazing!!! Train at home and in the studio?! How do you do all this? I am really inspired! I am on my feet most times at my job at after I get home it takes ALL I have to train..

I make sure to have 2 days off. I use those days to spend more time journaling or with my husband or sleeping honestly 🀣and if I feel like moving on those days I either dance just for fun ( not Training focused) or I go for a long walk. Hope this helps πŸ’•

Hi!!! Glad to hear you are doing better πŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ’ƒπŸΎ my schedule currently is chaotic I try to do what I can when I can… adulting lol. But I try to pole 2x/week and then lift at the gym 2x a week and dance( hip hop/heels) atleast once a week. I work on my flexibility on my pole days and on my lift days… I do core almost everytime I train ( on any day).
