Stephanie Tallant so after watching your Pegasus video for some reason I thought this was going to be much easier ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜… hence the trying it on spin and my ass falling to the ground ๐Ÿ˜… first question do you know why I fell backwards? Second question that bottom arm feels weird I feel like I need to fix the placement maybe itโ€™s too low? ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿพ thanks for always helping ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿพ

Stephanie Tallant THANKS! Got it ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ... I donโ€™t have much space to slide my hand down so I think next time I try it, Iโ€™ll not point my finger. I think if I slide deeper it might help my split look better?
Also very random question is there a tutorial for inverted lubella? Trying to work on things from brass monkey

Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿพ I have a question for those of you who perform/competeโ€ฆ how do you handle sweating a lot? I sweat a lot and I have this fear that Iโ€™ll fall off a pole while competing because Iโ€™ll be too sweaty and I canโ€™t stop to wipe myself or the pole down. When I pole at home 85% of my time goes to wiping down my pole, allowing my body cool down or even wiping myself down ( I bought a coated pole just for that reason..) I use dry hand but I always joke that someone needs to create a whole dry body so I can just jump in it lolโ€ฆ anyways excited to hear your tips โ˜บ๏ธ

Stephanie Tallant heyyyy watched your Marion amber video qq my top hand/grip doesnโ€™t feel secure for me to release that same leg off the pole, I feel pressure on the base of my thumbโ€ฆ am I pressing into the pole with my thigh? Also do I need to tilt my chest to the ceiling a little bit more? Do I need to be a little bit more butt over shoulders? Lol so many questions ๐Ÿ˜‚!

Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿพ quick question for the community how long on average do you take to warm up and stretch before you get on the pole? I am restructuring my workouts for the next 6 weeks and I want to find a more efficient way to do things since I have 7000 million ( slight exaggeration ๐Ÿ˜น) other things I need to do.
