Stephanie Tallant Ohhhhhh ha! Okay got it! πŸ‘πŸΎ so top ankle pushes into pole, inner thighs of both legs squeeze together.. that bottom foot does nothing. I’ll try it and let you know 😊 thank you ❀️

Stephanie Tallant so I am making progress on my plus sign yay but my bottom leg keeps sliding off.. can you please tell me what I am doing wrong also with that bottom foot am I pushing in down the pole or into the pole?
