Okay last question I promise ๐Ÿคฃ when I watched your video again it looked like you were lifting your hip up or opening it as your straighten the back leg?

Stephanie Tallant lol idk ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ I didnโ€™t fall back yay but it doesnโ€™t feel โ€œgoodโ€โ€ฆ is the bottom arm better? Also why does my top leg feel soooooo close to the pole even after I take it off? Okay and last question when I go to make that back leg straight do I go to the back or the side? Also last thing ๐Ÿ˜… thereโ€™s no much space to arch my upper back..

Thanks for asking yes it is ๐Ÿฅฐ yes after falling I tried it on static ๐Ÿ˜… it felt a little bit better but that bottom arm then felt like there was soooo much pressure on it.
