Susan Papp Mlodzienski what helps me Is when I get that back foot on the pole I push my butt back a lil ( because I have big lovely cavs that get in the way of me hooking the knee pit on the pole) then I stay in that shape and that allows me to feel secure and slide that knee pit a lil closer before taking that other leg off and then securing the knee pit. hopefully I didn’t confuse you and it made sense? You almost got it though 👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾

Stephanie Tallant haha okay 👍🏾 can you please explain the elbow line? I am now a lil bit confused. So after I bring my hip to my elbow, keep my butt close to almost touching the pole then think of bringing my lower back to the pole by turning my head and chest in opposite direction of legs while keeping both legs straight and engaged towards the side. Where does the elbow line come in?

Also after training janiero for a while do you feel like your lower back is worked out? Not hurting per say just sore and like I did a day of lifting lower back 😅

Stephanie Tallant this entry was much easier then I went to take off that bottom arm and everything can crashing down 🤣

Stephanie Tallant I think I know what it is that leg when it gets off the pole I seem to take it off backwards instead of sideways… and I think I am turning my head but not my chest. I should be turning my chest too right? (I did try another entry I will share that one too)
