Hey question: I heard that when doing certain moves like( jallegra, BOP ) etc how much your back leg drops depends on your hip flexors … thoughts? Stephanie Tallant Vanessa

Also I don’t know if this is helpful atall for you since you already got the move ( but maybe it’ll help someone else) but I have a very short torso and sliding down actually let’s me get that elbow around the pole much easier..
