Stephanie Tallant so today I tried the devils elbow aerially but I kept sliding.. i didn’t have this problem doing it from the floor..what am I doing wrong?

Vanessa I tried to get both cheeks and this is where I landed, my bottom leg wasn’t on my elbow and the leg wasn’t going to the side but more to the front.. so I’ll def keep working on the off the pole stuff tbh I don’t have much back flexibility so this should be fun lol. Thanks for the tips ❤️❤️ I appreciate you!

My first Jallegra 💃🏾💃🏾.. qq how can I get that front leg a little lower I feel like I am not pulling it down enough because my thigh feels stuck but also I feel like I don’t have much grip with the inner thigh where it is at ( I don’t know if that makes any sense 😅)

Stephanie Tallant and I did your janiero beg/intermediate janiero exercises off the pole while on vacation so I am really hoping my back feels a lil more bendy when I get on the pole again tomorrow 🤞🏾🤞🏾
