I am fine with shoulder mount with a little momentum. I struggle with that last butt tuck. I have a fairly significant lumbar lordosis & my weight is in my lower half. Please help with some cues or drills to help me with that last little bit. I am working toward my aerial SM Stephanie Tallant

Oh yeah I do dragon flags weekly. Good cue about my lats, I hadn’t been thinking about that muscle group. Let me see if it helps.
