Not extremely smooth but there. I feel like I got exponentially stronger working on this one.

Ok John Flynn I lied. I can’t get into the foot ball grip from a Crucifix . Here it is from a shoulder mount, brass monkey then to a twisted butterfly. Stephanie Tallant is the grip possible from a crucifix?

John Flynn can you get more For arm grip on the bottom arm. Look like the wrist is twisted. I believe I place my bottom arm first & sink a bit into it before placing the top arm. I know you have the strength for the move. I will try it later & post a video.

Got it. Probably my short limbs. No I don’t have a forearm free standing stand. I’ll work on the second part , but think of the hang glider instead of Ayesha

Here I skipped the first part & tried to get into the Ayesha, you seem to twist the hips forward while leaving your shoulder on the pole. Not sure how to do that. This whole combo is quite frustrating

Stephanie Tallant ok so keeping my body on one side of the pole. I have no place to replace my hand for the first part in the challenge

Overall life experience: the ability to use “no” as a sentence. Recently to remove myself from a situation that was toxic to my happiness.

My back does not bend like yours, so this does also show me “sticking my butt back”

Yes it is the combo at the end of the forearm tutorial
