Oh my GOODNESS! This cradle is absolutely one of those “looks easy but is NOT” tricks 🤣 at least for me anyways! I attempted to take that top hand off but it felt as though I was going to fall out of it. Thank you so much for sharing these Stephanie Tallant I cannot wait to keep working on them!! ❤️

Have you tried pole "thread throughs" before? They usually make for some fun transitions!! I hope you enjoy playing with some of the ones I've demonstrated for you in the below video. I tried from the floor like you said (with an elastic band to relieve the weight), but I have the same problem with my buttocks not going up. I don’t understand how to get this ass up. 😅 Can you explain me, please 🙏🏻 ?
This trick will kill me with frustration 😑

jamimah here is the deliv’s elbow video!! As you can see I am making sure to keep the pole entirely across my back and not near my glutes. I am really pulling the top leg across my body so that I end up diagonal compared to the ground. Hope this helps!

Stephanie Tallant so today I tried the devils elbow aerially but I kept sliding.. i didn’t have this problem doing it from the floor..what am I doing wrong?
