Stephanie Tallant soo I tried something today.. I wasnāt trying to do the full BOP ( I am still very much doing baby steps) butttttt I did try getting my elbow first and I think maybe it might work? Of course as soon as I switched legs I had a brain fart because thinking upside down is rocket science at this point š¹ but yeah any feedback would be much appreciated š«¶š¾

Stephanie Tallant hi friend š š sooo what am I doing wrong? I did feel that bottom leg on my side hip so yay! But that top leg doesnāt want to come off.. I know I need to turn my chest but I was waiting to see if I got to my hip and once I did I was kinda stuck couldnāt turn.


Still so in love with the front splits flexy series that include the over splits!! I love how itās actually 71 minutes in total but doesnāt feel like it, cause itās short videos š

Also I had an excellent question from NinaĀ this week! It's totally okay to only implement the gym program 1 day or 2 days/ week. Sometimes 3 days feels like too much. So if you're hesitating to start with the gym program because it feels like too much, please feel free to just try 1 day and see what you think!
The new 12 week gym program will start December 9th and itāll be updated in the same spreadsheet so you wonāt need to request access to a different one.
