For you Patrycja Nowotarska ! See how both hands have to release in the beginning. One hand moves in front of your face to start the climb with a push while the other goes up around your belly button (in cup grip) to pull into a pistol/ shotgun grip. Then the legs move slide up and the process repeats. Please update me when you try again!!

Stephanie Tallant so I did my assignment.. I feel a stretch in booty( am i supposed to feel that?)lol also I feel like I could get my elbow to the pole if I really pulled but I am not trying to hurt myself so I stopped where it was comfortable…

October 27 — November 10

Join challenge to see content
10 videos

Videos will appear at the bottom of this post on October 28th or click this link: https://polewithsteph.com/programs/halloweenchallenge

Your Weekly Challenge(s):

✨Watch the tutorials which include several halloween inspired pole shapes for different levels! The second week of this challenge will be dedicated to review of content from the October challenges. It can be so easy to bounce around from pole trick to pole trick because we are constantly seeing new, fun, different, unique things that we want to try, BUT reviewing what you've already tried before is SOOOO important, so please take this review week to review some moves that you've already attempted (make them pretty, try to smooth out the entry & exit, etc). I hope you enjoy this two week challenge!

Requirements:

  • Click "Join"

  • Because there are different levels included in this challenge, you do not need to mark all videos as "watched". However please follow the other requirements

  • Comment on this post with a picture (screenshot is fine) of something from your training this week (it can be anything... a move from the challenge, a screenshot from a flexibility or gym session, etc).

    • REMINDER: photos can be uploaded via your app or via the website, polewithsteph.com. Videos can only be posted via the App on your phone or iPad (not via a web browser).

  • Share a picture or a video on Instagram and tag @stephanietallant_pole and #thebestpoleapp

Each month, there will be one randomly selected winner chosen amongst all members who complete the weekly challenge at least TWICE during the month!

SAFETY: There are different levels included in these challenges. Please approach new moves safely. Use a crash pad if you have it or if you have a trusty spotter, that's great too. I want you all to be safe, that's my #1 priority :)) If you're unsure about the prerequisites to the moves, please feel free to ask that question in the Community Feed ("Hey Steph. I really want to try XYZ, but not sure if I should. What are some of the moves I should have before this?) and I can help you determine if a move is appropriate for you to try!

Knocked out a gym workout from the App this morning!! Those single leg heel elevated squats are something special lol I've seen subscriber, Espi working on these too, so I know she can relate! 🔥 And a reminder to all subscribers: Coach Tiana and I want you to feel supported with the gym program. It’s common to not know how to do something and it’s always good to ask for a “technique check”. If you have questions or want a video reviewed, please post it here in the Community Feed and tag Tiana!!

Happy Training!
xoxo
Coach Steph
