Hello 👋🏾 quick question for the community how long on average do you take to warm up and stretch before you get on the pole? I am restructuring my workouts for the next 6 weeks and I want to find a more efficient way to do things since I have 7000 million ( slight exaggeration 😹) other things I need to do. I just managed the regular butterfly from crucifix. I’m used to entry from outside leg hang. This entry doesn’t feel as secure. I’m not sure if it’s just because it’s new or if I’m not stacked properly.

Today I tried to do forearm vatiations... but I realized that I have really little grip with my knees and consequently with the crucifix. Do you have an old tutorial to share? In the clip the only version I managed to do because I can't remove the upper arm but I feel very unstable..😑 tips?...
However, I feel like I'm going to fall down if I remove my high arm and remain with just my knees and low arm. I hope I explained myself..😅😅 Thank you 😊
