Has anyone tried this brass monkey drop into shoulder mount??? Wondering if there’s a banded exercise or something that can help with conditioning this. You ideally are just going from that brass monkey stand into shoulder mount as a drop (I.e my legs don’t stay on the pole)

Hey! Stephanie Tallant I practised the VERY beginning of the blacksun tutorial which was basically my elbow grip aeysha. The instructor there recommended I try practicing iguana to get some more stability in the move and get my stomach closer. This video is the only attempt where I started to get my legs to the other side of the pole then got scared and bailed 😂
