jamimah here's what I was talking about for marchetti in my comment! Also my bottom foot was blocking my shoulder when I was doing the internal rotation, so I had to awkwardly move it so you could see 😂

Hello, I'm looking for a meat hook tutorial. I found a 45 second demo, but demo only. I also found a 7:54 combo video with a meathook in it, but it was a two part video and I can't find part 1. Stephanie Tallant please help

I did Day 3 of the Gym Program today! Every day in the gym looks different for me depending on how I feel & what else I need my body to have energy for for the rest of the day. So I approached today with lighter intensity with my main goals: move my body & get some blood flowing :))
